Raise Scores, But…

As teachers we are tasked with raising teaching and test scores, yet in many districts, teachers are given restrictions on how many students should be identified as needing special ed services or how to serve special ed students. Of course, we don’t want to over-identify or over-serve, but should we be held to limits either?  It will be interesting in seeing what happens in Texas.
